will be travelling to Hervey Bay to fight in Street Smart's Fight Show October 23rd.

Ally will be rematching her opponent from our Ignite the Fight Show, however it will be Muay Thai kickboxing this time!

Dog & Owner Boot Camp

If you are interested in getting fit ‘n’ fab and exercising your pooch at the same time, then we have the answer…dog and owner boot camp. We are looking at holding this class either Saturday mornings or afternoons. It will be either in the morning 7.30am-8.15am or in the afternoon from 3.30pm-4.15pm. Cost will be $15 and you will need to bring the following;
Towel
Drink bottle for your pooch
Shoes
Hat
Plastic bag in case your dog has gotta go
We have not set the time as yet because we wanted those interested to contact us via ignite@ignitionfitness.com.au or 0430 36 40 36 to provide us with some idea of what suits you best. We want to make sure it is not too hot so in summer we will change the time as we approach the warmer seasons.

Fun, fitness & results! Boot camp exercises plus exercises for your dogs.

What we expect?

Happy and friendly dogs. Please if your dog is not sociable then this is not ideal for you, us or other participants.

Fight show results

Update on 7th August fight show.

Firstly a big thank-you to Integrated Martial Arts and Street Smart who supported our show with their fantastic fighters from Hervey Bay, as well as the Fighter's Den from Lawnton.

You guys have amazing fighters with great potential and as trainers we admire all of you.

Another big thank-you to all the supporters who came to support the show and our helpers. We were very humbled by all the people who came to help.

And of course, thank-you to our fighters, who helped set up on the day and helped to clean up the day after.

Results

There were 11 fights on the night.

There were 9 official fights and one demo fight.

7 out of our 9 fighters won.

A great effort by Michael and Ally for their very close matches which could have gone either way.

We will be holding another fight show in November so if anyone is interested in fighting for us please...
