Full body exercises, functional training, HIIT, lifting, boot camp style workouts, weight based training for weight loss, strength and conditioning, muscle gain and cardio fitness.

Fight Class - Muay Thai/Kickboxing

Friday (Sparring or Open Gym Only)
5:15pm - 7:00pm

Saturday
9:00am – 10:30am

Strength and conditioning, boot camp, striking technique, grappling/clinching, ring craft, combinations, bag and padwork, fight fitness, sprints, HIIT, sparring, ab specific workouts, everything you will need to enter the ring for a fight.

Muay Thai/Kickboxing (1hr)

Bag and pad work for fitness, basic correct technique, ab specific workouts to finish the session.

30 minute, 45 minute, of 60 minutes bookings available.
